Underwrite Sale-Leaseback Art

Purchase art from a our 'Sale Leaseback Catalogue' at 50% discount for a pre-determined fixed period up to one year and lease the artwork back to the seller (usually an established gallery or museum) for a fixed period at 12% per annum.

Prior to purchase, the art is valued by a major auction house e.g. Sotheby's Christie's, Bonhams, Phillips to ensure you pay only 50% of the low estimate.​​

N.B. In the event of a default by the lessor, you retain full ownership of the artwork.
